Behavioral Health Network is honored to be one of ten organizations awarded funding through Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell's Public Health Models for Gun Violence Prevention Grant Program. With this support, BHN will develop and deliver trauma-informed training on the intersection of domestic violence and gun violence, collaborating with a broad network of community-based organizations across Greater Springfield. In honor of Developmental Disabilities Month, we celebrate the passion and dedication of our team members who work tirelessly to support individuals with developmental disabilities. We asked staff in our residential services program what motivates them, what they find most rewarding, and what advice they would give to others interested in joining this fulfilling field.
