BHN Celebrates Grand Opening of Rose’s House in Hyde Park
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) celebrated the grand opening of Rose’s House on June 5, 2026, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location in Hyde Park. It was a great day bringing together community partners, local and state officials, and BHN leadership and staff to mark an important step forward in expanding support for women in recovery.

We were joined by State Representative Rob Consalvo; Ryan Walker, BSAS Director of Licensing; Zoe Petty, Hyde Park Liaison for the Mayor’s Office; City Councilor Enrique Pepen; and Rose Evans, for whom the program is named. BHN staff who shared remarks included President and CEO Steve Winn and Tony Boswell, Senior Vice President of Addiction and Recovery Services. Steve also introduced Rose, recognizing her leadership and impact across the organization.
Guests enjoyed a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours of the space, and opportunities to connect with staff and learn more about the services Rose’s House will provide.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate—and to the many staff and team members whose thoughtful planning and hard work made this program and event possible. We look forward to supporting individuals on their path to recovery and wellness.
Expanding Access to Care for Women in Recovery
Rose’s House is a short-term clinical stabilization program designed specifically for women in early recovery. The program provides 24/7 care in a safe, supportive, trauma-informed environment, along with individualized treatment planning, counseling, relapse prevention education, and aftercare coordination.
“Our goal is to empower women with the tools, support, and guidance they need to reclaim their lives,” said Tony Boswell. “Rose’s House represents a meaningful step forward in supporting women with strength, dignity, and purpose.”
Located on the same campus as the BHN Family Center, Rose’s House helps strengthen continuity of care and expand access to coordinated services for women and families. “By offering trauma-informed care in a safe, supportive environment, we help participants build a foundation for lasting wellness and stability,” said Lisa Yin, Assistant Vice President of Addiction and Recovery Services.
Honoring a Legacy of Leadership
Rose’s Place is named in honor of Rose Evans who played a key role in expanding access to substance use treatment services across Massachusetts. While she now supports BHN on a part-time, project-focused basis, her leadership continues to reflect a deep commitment to connection, advocacy, and the people and communities BHN serves.
Referrals to Rose’s House are welcomed. If you or someone in your life could benefit from support, you can connect with our team by calling 413‑301‑9355 or emailing SUDaccess@bhninc.org.
We’re here to help individuals take the next step on their path to recovery.
