Mental health touches more lives than many of us realize—more than 1 in 5 adults and adolescents experience a mental or behavioral health condition each year, and many challenges begin early in life. That’s why connection, understanding, and support matter so much.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to celebrate community and well‑being. Join us for a free, family‑friendly celebration centered on connection, creativity, movement, and wellness. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors and enjoy a fun, FREE afternoon together!

We'll have:

  • Food Trucks
  • Wellness Activities
  • Dancing & MusicKids’ Activities
  • Painting & Creative Expression Activities Including Graffiti Art
  • and more!

BHN’s Center for Development invites you to stop by the BHN conference room at 417 Liberty St. (next to the park) for a calm, inclusive, sensory‑friendly space during the celebration. Recharge, get creative, and connect at your own pace.
