BHN provides court-ordered psycho-educational and clinical services to individuals convicted of first, second or multiple Driving Under the Influence (DUI) offenses.
Driver Alcohol Education (DAE) Program for first DUI Offenders
The BHN Driver Alcohol Education (DAE) Program is offered to individuals ordered by Massachusetts District Courts to complete a state approved psycho-educational program as a consequence of a conviction for Driving Under the Influence, first offense.
District Courts that make referrals to the program include Springfield, Palmer, Westfield, Northampton, Chicopee, Holyoke, Eastern Hampshire County, and others.

Intake/Enrollment Locations: All locations except for BHN Liberty Street Clinic
Out-of-State OUI/DUI offense requirement(s) are reviewed and provided case by case by the Clinical Coordinator.
