With an overhaul of the healthcare system looming in the United States Senate, State Senator Eric Lesser met with participants at Behavioral Health Network’s Center for Traumatic Brain Injury in Springfield where they expressed concerns about availability and affordability of healthcare, as well as preexisting conditions.

BHN has recently announced two significant leadership changes: Steve Winn, Ph.D., formerly Senior Vice President, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer – a newly-created position at BHN; and Rose Evans, formerly with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, has been named BHN’s new Vice President of Operations.
The Boston Red Sox Foundation has made a $1,000 donation to Behavioral Health Network’s (BHN) Kamp for Kids™, which will be used to support programming for youth who attend the summer day camp.
One hundred fifty-eight participants stood at the starting line, runners in front, walkers in the back (including many Village moms and their babies in strollers), to compete in a fun 5 kilometer run/2 mile walk.
