CSPECH serves individuals with a diagnosed mental health disorder who have been without stable housing for a significant period of time.  CSPECH provides non-clinical support services to adults who have experienced chronic homelessness and are now entering into a Housing First placement. The goal of CSPECH is to provide community-based support to increase housing stability and prevent avoidable hospitalizations.

BHN works with local Housing First programs to provide support to adults housed in scattered-site apartment housing and project-based housing within Hampden County.

Staff assist individuals with accessing community resources, including transportation services, food pantries, day programs, public entitlements, and therapeutic services.
