Family Support and Training provides the parent or caregiver of a youth with special behavioral health needs a structured, one-to-one, strength-based relationship between a BHN Family Partner and a parent/caregiver.

Family Support and Training services help achieve the goals established in an existing behavioral health care plan for Outpatient Therapy, In-Home Therapy or Intensive Care Coordination.

Eligibility and Locations

  • Parent/caregiver of a youth under the age of 21 and receiving any of the following services: Intensive Care Coordination, In-Home Therapy, Outpatient Therapy

Services offered in English and Spanish. Interpreter services can be arranged for other languages.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
