Services are offered in English and Spanish. Interpreter services can be arranged for other languages.

Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) serves children and youth under the age of 21 who are going through a mental health or substance abuse crisis.

The first step is to call us or come in to our Springfield or Westfield location. During the intake process, we will work with you to decide the best next steps. If possible, the clinician will also come to your home, school, community, or local hospital emergency department when there is a medical need.

Referrals are made due to:

  • Risk of suicide
  • Homicidal thoughts
  • Symptoms of psychosis
  • Self-injury behavior
  • Fire setting
  • Intrusive flashbacks
  • Aggression
  • Alcohol or substance use
  • Other behaviors or symptoms related to a mental health issue
