JOB TITLE: Residential Coordinator

PROGRAM: Westfield Residential Program

LOCATION: Westfield

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

SCHEDULED HOURS: 40 hours

SCHEDULE / SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00PM Some on-call is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BHN’s Westfield Residential Program serving adults with mental health and medical concerns  needs FT Residential Coordinator. The focus of this position is strong team leadership and the development of behavioral treatment plans in consultation with a Staff Psychologist. This downtown Westfield site serves 5 individuals who are working on independent living skills and community integration.  Duties also include staff supervision, scheduling, IAP implementation, and liaison with other providers, families, and DMH. Masters degree with Applied Behavioral Analysis experience and some supervisory experience required.  Excellent benefits package and congenial work environment with strong team support!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Applied Behavioral Analysis and Supervisory experience required.
