JOB TITLE: Assistant Program Director

PROGRAM: ESU Jail Program

LOCATION: Ludlow

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

SCHEDULED HOURS: 40 hours 

SCHEDULE / SHIFT: Monday – Friday 8-4:30 PM 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Great opportunity to provide clinical leadership to Forensic staff within a jail setting. This position will oversee the provision, development, and quality services delivered to offenders. Duties will include providing clinical supervision to professional staff, assisting in the management and development of policies and procedures, overseeing the daily operation of the Evaluation and Stabilization Unit and providing direct clinical services. The Evaluation and Stabilization Unit is an 8 bed unit for offenders who are psychiatrically decompensated.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline and independent licensure required.
  • Must have at least three years clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office required.
